Spare Parts Update – January 2025

We are pleased to welcome Andrew to our team as our Sales Consultant – Spare Parts. Andrew started with the business in late December 2024, and we are pleased to say that this department is now delivering the level of service we expect for our customers. We are also currently working on a number of initiatives within our business in the spare parts department, and we wanted to share some of the exciting work that has been happening:

We have updated our website with critical spare parts lists for our commonly configured units, these are now available with the unit details in the Our Units section of our website.

Andrew has been doing a lot of work to improve processing times for the spare parts ordering process at the warehouse and on the website, the online ordering service is now operating as we expect it should, and we encourage our customers to utilise this service. We are also regularly adding new products to the Spare Parts portal on the website as well, with our coil range being the next range to be made available for purchase online. Keep an eye out on the spare parts section of the website over the coming weeks to see what other components you can order online. Remember to cross check your unit serial number with our team if you are not certain that the particular coil or component you are ordering is the right one, we are always happy to assist our customers with ensuring you order the correct parts for your specific unit.
