Warranty approval remains at the discretion of an authorised CAA employee upon review.

Standard warranty period covers 18 months from date of manufacture or 12 months from date of commissioning, whichever event occurs first. CAA warranty covers only approved parts and labour for 1 month from date of manufacture, beyond this date CAA will provide parts only if a warranty claim is applicable and accepted.

Any repairs or part replacement accepted as a warranty claim shall be performed during normal business hours by Comm Air Australia or a repair agent that has been authorised by Comm Air Australia only.

If a third-party client or acting Service Agent is requested to carry out repairs, they must seek approval via issue of a CAA Purchase Order for recompense for any labour and / or parts not supplied by CAA. Hourly rates and costs for parts and / or refrigerants are to be approved and deemed fair based on location and circumstances approved by CAA. Comm Air Australia has sole discretion as to the validity for each warranty claim, other warranties, and all liability of CAA for any loss or damage including loss of profit is expressly excluded.
